first, excuse for my bad english. i'm a consultant and a freelance researcher in ICT/IS e management. iI was happy to discover your network, for several reasons. I found the theories of Beer in the 90s but I could not explore them for lack of time and resources. Ten years earlier I had begun to develop a system (model) of managers that, as I discovered later, has much to do with the model of living systems. for this I hope to share with you and other members some of the basic ideas and compare them on. then I'd be honored to be part of your network and, weather permitting, to participate in your discussions.
My project is called postmanagement and focuses on the necessary synergies between Work, Management and Entrepreneurship or Business. It attempts to resolve some fundamental paradoxes of management and economics in order to live the company in a natural way, with equity and happyness.
