Cybernetic management - as less harmful management as possible

This law ,like that of requisite variety is quite fundamental to Evolutionary Cybernetics.Stated in simple terms it states that any system while responding to reoccuring environmental response initially builds a temporary functional structure and only after it is convinnced of its utility

it gives it a permanent shape  in the form of a structure. All living ornaizations follow this Law. IN HUMAN ORGANIZATIONS ONE NOTICES THAT WHENEVER NEW ACTIVITIES ARE INTRODUCED THEY ARE GIVEN TO A FEW AS ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES,THEN A FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURE IS FORMED AND FINALLY THE ORGANIZATION IS RE STRUCTURED. tHIS EXPLAINS THE eVOLUTIONARY cYBERNETICS PHENOMENON.

Do you have any analytical form of the Law of Requisite Structure? Any experimental discovering of how temporary is connected with utility and reoccurence of the event.

If I recollect correctly,a paper on 'Auto organizations in Human Systems' behavioural Science,Vol.27,1982 could have more for you. Besides,as referred earlier Francis Heylighen' The growth of Structures and Functional Complexity during Evolution' in Evolution of Complexity(Kluver Academic Pub.)1006 gives an elaborate exposition of the phenominon though does not refer to the Law of Requisite Structures. The famous Parkinson's Law discovered that while British navy size got reduced after the WWII yet the organization structure(in ignorance of the Law of Requsite structures) at the naval H.Q kept on increasing ! This Law referrs to Homeokinetic systems in contrast to the Law of Requisite Varaity that pertains to homeostatic systems.
